The Skirt Steak is a tasty and juicy cut. It has a pleated structure, where the name derives, that creates pockets for the fat to melt into when cooked. This creates an awesome, juicy finish and that is also super flavorful. The Chimichurri version is marinated in a classic Argentine green, garlicky sauce made with vinegar, salt, garlic, shallot, chile, cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Best prepared on the grill, in the oven, or stove top. Serves two+. Available for in store pick up (either location) or local delivery only.
