This wine is an unassuming classic, one you’ll stumble upon in the Coteaux (hillsides) of the Langedoc wine region. It is rustic with a distinctly wild aroma, ample dark fruit notes and seamless tannins. The wine is a blend of predominantly Grenache (40% ) and Cinsault (40% ), with Carignan, Syrah, Alicante Bouchet from 20 year old vines, recently certified (Demeter) organic. The wines are made in traditional stainless steel vats for 10-15 days. Half of the wine ages for six months in foudre and the other ages six months in stainless steel.
